Affiliation Process
Becoming part of the AACC Foundation is simple and straightforward.
To affiliate, your church has two options:
Complete the affiliation form below, providing basic information about your church and affirming your alignment with our mission and values.
Make an initial contribution to support our Pastor, Missionary, and Ministry Leader’s wellness fund. Any first-year contribution will directly support ministry leaders in their times of greatest need.
Once affiliated, your church will immediately begin benefiting from our resources and community.
